Event Terms and Conditions
1. No under 18's will be permitted.
2. All VIP invitations/tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be shared.
3. Tickets can only be purchased via this website. You will not be able to buy any tickets on the days of the concert.
4. All tickets purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
5. Tickets will be issued to the email and cellphone number provided by the individual redeeming/purchasing the ticket(s). It is the onus of this individual to share the ticket(s) with the attending parties.
6. Only food and drink purchased at our onsite restaurants will be allowed. Please note that no food or drink is allowed in the Aula Theatre.
7. Tickets must be produced upon arrival in order to check-in and be admitted. You will not be allowed to attend the concert if you are not able to produce your ticket or we cannot verify your ticket redemption/purchase.
8. The University of Pretoria reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour may compromise the safety, security or enjoyment of others; or who does not comply with the event terms and conditions, the Photography and videography clause and the Weapons-Free Policy. Right of admission reserved.
9. Any person who causes damage to property will be asked to leave and will be liable for associated costs.
10. Attending the concert implies that you have read and consent to our Photography and videography clause and Weapons-Free Policy.Merchandise1. Merchandise can only be purchased via this website. You will not be able to buy any merchandise on the days of the concert.
2. All merchandise purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
3. You will only be able to collect any merchandise purchased from 16:00 on the days of the concert (7 & 8 October) at the Musaion Glass Foyer on the Hatfield Campus.
4. Invoices must be produced in order to collect your merchandise.
5. Invoices for merchandise purchased will be issued to the email and cellphone number provided by the individual purchasing the merchandise.
6. Merchandise is limited and is subject to availability.Viewing the Mapungubwe Collection and Archive1. Viewing will only be from 16:00 to 18:00 on both nights (7 & 8 October).
2. No food and drink will be allowed inside the Old Arts Building.
3. Do not touch any of the displays or artefacts.
