My ticket has not arrived by email. What do I do?

Check your spam and promotions folders first — that is where most of them turn out to be. If it is still missing, use the form on this page and we will check whether it was sent, delivered or bounced, and re-send it.

When and where do I collect merchandise I bought?

At the collection table beside check-in, from 16:00 on the day of the concert. Bring your ticket and we will match it to your order. We do not post merchandise.

What time should I arrive?

Doors and check-in open at 16:00, for a 19:00 start. Arriving early gives you time to check in and collect any merchandise.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your ticket is digital — showing the QR code on your phone at the door is enough. You are welcome to print it if you prefer.

What is the dress code?

Formal or traditional, in black and gold.

Where do I park?

The Engineering 3 Parkade.

I think I was charged more than once. What now?

Report it using the form on this page and include your order number if you have it. We can see every payment against your email address and will confirm what actually went through.

The name on my ticket is wrong. Can it be changed?

Yes. Send us the correct name using the form and we will update it and re-issue the ticket.

Can I change my seat after buying?

Get in touch using the form. We can move you if something suitable is free, though we cannot promise a particular seat.

Can I get a refund?

Please see the Refund Policy under "Policies & Compliance" at the bottom of any page. If something has gone wrong with your order, contact us using the form and we will help.

I have an invitation. How do I redeem my seat?

Use the personal link in your invitation email. It carries your code, so you go straight to choosing your seat.

Can I bring someone with me on my invitation?

If your invitation includes a partner, you will be asked during redemption and can pick both seats at the same time.
